be still my heart, or, where's an interrobang when i need one?!

i've just been informed that there is a FREE pepe moreno concert tonight in boa vista, brazil (just two hours west of lethem). why am i not there!?! oh, because i don't have my brazilian visa yet. the brazilian government is paying for pepe to give this free concert. does that seem crazy/wonderful to anyone else!?!
