yesterday my mom and i had a pretty intense conversation on the phone regarding nancy drew. i've only seen the preview once, but i'm pretty sure the people who made the movie didn't know much about nancy. she was not a dork! she was not old-fashioned! she was a cunning, collected, strawberry blonde beauty, with a dreamy boyfriend, one slightly overweight blonde best friend and another boyish bff. yeesh. get your facts straight, everybody. nancy was like, the best friend i had in elementary school. if i don't defend her reputation, who will?

kelsey got a new digital camera yesterday. maybe "got" isn't the best word to describe it. maybe "found on the ground near her house" is a little more accurate. maybe "found a camera that is very likely her landlord's" is even more accurate. way to go, kelsa.
